I need some clearification on your car, your running an 07 with 3v heads and an 04 block? correct?

Im not sure I understand, your drop an 04 cobra block into an 07? then fabricated the 3v heads to fit the 04 cobra block? then turboed it? Just seeing if I have this right...

That is correct. There is no fabrication involved the heads bolt right on the cast iron block. the fly wheel needed a little work. And the 07 block motor mounts are 3 holes the 04 block has 4 holes

What did I win?? I just had never heard of anyone putting the 03/04 cobra motor in an 05-08 body, or putting the 3v heads on the cobra block... Just wanted to make sure that you were talking about one car. Thought you might have had an 04 cobra and an 07 (
)...

Look for the 550 rwhp the car was built for. Boost set at 13.5 There is nothing below the head gasket stock besides the oil pan

With a built 04 block and 3v heads w/ boost I would think you would be in the 650+ range all day. Its not like the motor wont hold it. Are the heads holding you back or is it just a personal choice to play it safe?
