me and my friend have been getting close as of late..anyways i guess according to my friends we act like were going out...we talk all day and at night before bed..i admit we do act like were going out but were not mainly cause she has pointed out she doesnt want a bf so ofcourse im not going to bother asking...well she gets mad if i dont answer her calls or text and i do too..(which is why my friends are like fuck ask her out already)..well tonight she totally ignore me...i never heard from her till a couple of minutes ago she text me her friend had her phone...i kinda thinks she's lying..well she got the feeling im mad and now i dont know how to handle the situation...were not going out so i guess i cant get mad?..but at the same time i know she'd be mad if i did the same..i just dont know how to react

Everyone is different, to be sure. Me, I'm kind of a direct person. I would just ask her straight out what her feelings are.

However if she's a good friend, be prepared to change that friendship if a relationship doesn't work out.

That being said, why would a good friend ignore you. I have lots of good friends, and I can assure you when I'm mad at them I don't ignore them.

If you and her were good friends before you started almost going out, don't push her buttons too hard or risk losing what you had.

If you two just met I'd say don't hide how you feel and just say, hey, I like you enough to maybe want to see you every night instead of just talking on the phone... if that's alright why don't I come over right now, etc etc...

Tough call w/o knowing the girl as no 2 are the same, especially not emotionally. But I'd say go for it; otherwise you're going to ask "what might have been" later on in life.

thats exactly what im worried about..just asking later"what could have been?"..im not going to lie..i do like her alot..but i cant ask her out because she keeps saying she doesnt want a bf!...so that a clear hint i'll get a no hahaha...im only 19 so maybe im rushings things

you think..i dont know..im not the player type..i wont cheat on a girl so even though were not offically going out..because of the way we act i have hold up on going out with other girls that are interested in me.......

"I don't want a boyfriend" is a young girl's way of saying, "I'm shy" or "My legs aren't easily opened"... or at least that has been 100% of my prior experiences with women. I vote for taking it slow, it sounds to me that she's uncomfortable with the whole idea of taking a friend as a boyfriend; but let her know that you think she's beautiful and has an attractive personality; perhaps she'll open up emotionally to the idea of letting someone close to her.

There's a girl I'm not yet seeing but hanging out with every weekend and she's yet to let me in on how she feels about me, but since there is that chance, I'm not gonna mess up my chances by taking interest elsewhere. Good job man.

If things just keep going like they are ya'll are going to get closer and closer.
But still not have a relationship.

Which is bad because even though you may have feelings for her, She does not feel like she's tied to You.

She's using This "Just Friend" thing as a way to take advantage of You and Your emotions. knowing that she'll have someone to talk to and make her feel better whenever she's down. But Not be Tied to You.

In my honest opinion if things stay like this then One day she's gonna say "I met someone" and it's gonna crush You 'Cause You feel like You already have something here.

You have to tell her How You feel. Give her a chance to give You a chance And hope she says yes.
If she says no, Be her friend but You need to detatch Yourself.

If she says no it's not like there won't be something there that could develop later on... you'll just have to seek comfort from another girl and be this one's friend. Sorry to say it could happen, but take the chance. Who knows? Maybe she's just waiting to see if you'll ask her, and once you have she'll open up some.
