some woman said the way the law is written, 2 cars can be considered to be racing if they are side by side at the same speed. i dont see how a kid driving 130mph has anything to do with a woman giving her opinion on the way the law is written lol

I've done 100 side by side with friends and we weren't racing (I was in a 97 Avalon with 4 peopl, he was in a Minivan with 7 people) lol

if 2 cars are going 130mph side by side, hell yeah, i'd consider that racing, but the way they worded the law makes it seem like even if they aren't speeding, just driving side by side at the same speed, they may be racing
