Dude, the Er wont pull them right now, now would your dentist or oral surgeon. The infection MUST be taken care of first for a few different reasons. The most important reason being they can't stir up the infection so that it spreads to other parts of your body. Secondly, because nova/lana caines lose their effectivness when there is infection present. Also, most ERs dont have doctors available that can/will remove wisdom teeth unlless your about to die.

Anyway, go to the er. They'll just give you pennicillin or clyndimycin. As soon as you start taking the antibiodics, the swelling will reduce and the pain will go away.

Im telling you, all they can do at an ER or walk in clinic is give you pain killers and something to control the infection. If you wait until Tuesday (mondays a holiday, so good luck finding an oral surgeon), it will be another few days before they can take it out because they have to clean the infection with antibiodics first.

Dont mean to scare you but it can get alot worse very fast. If the infection is in the lymph nodes in your throat it can block your breathing.

Go get antibodies dude!!!!!!

but I don't believe he has an infection.

it sounds like basic inflammation due to the Wisdom teeth pushing against the molars and the Mandible.

I think it's just irritation is all.

but extra antibiotics aren't going to hurt him any.

I would lay off the motrin though..

it might be an NSAID but it's also a blood thinner.

+1 all i remember was reading the news paper right before the operation whatever they give you is some good stuff it calmed me down tremendously i never read the newspaper before lol o and the week after not so much i had like 20 pain killers only remember takin like 4

musta been good stuff to knock me out like that

I was on laughing gas and antistetics I cant spell that. I remember the doctor askin me how I felt after bein on the laughing gas. Yes, I did start to giggle.

Okay well i just got back from my friends house. ANd it is getting worse. It is so swollen I am having trouble opening my mouth without pain. And I just had to eat and OMGGGGG every chew made me want to punch something it hurt so bad. If it is like this in the morning im so going to ER.
