My city is ran by fucking assholes. I am being charged "2007 Personal Property Delinquent Tax Bill" when I paid my quarterly bill 2 months before it was due. But no because my city is a bunch of fucking morons who can't figure out how to accept payments I am getting charged a Net Tax of $12.12 and they fucking put interest on it already bringing it to $15.19. This is some fucking bullshit. I am so sick and tired of this stupid fucking city and how they are so fucking ignorant and blind to figure out how to run it they everyone suffers. It's not the money it's the principle. I'm goin to pay it, but I'm not going to be quiet about it. Fucking bitch. I hate the treasurer of this city. same shit happened to my mom. They said that online payments take longer to post. Well it will show as pending, and also it's not about the post date it's about the actual pay date for the costumer, and the post date is for the accounting records. Stupid bitch doesn't know what she is getting herself into. Ok I'm good now.

HMUSN the tickets and taxes are horrid down here...Its far more then just life...$1K for not using your turn signal...$1K for reckless driving (which can be practically anything here)...At least 28% of your paycheck goes to taxes here...Then theres state inspection (which I believe you have as well)...City stickers...Yearly taxes on what your car is worth...@ license plates...

You sure its not your bank holding your money an extra day or two to skim the interest? Its common for the greedy banks to do that.

No I checked and the money was withdrawn and sent to the city before the due date. The banks don't mess with me because of how many accounts I have, and also a personal banker. They fix everything very quickly for me.

They have been ruled unconstitutional by every judge who has seen a case that fell under those guidelines. There has been to much backlash for any politician to support the current language to make it a real concern.

Besides,you were describing it in simplistic terms. Your not gonna get a $1k ticket for simply not using your turn signal. Its much more complex than that.
