Isnt that funny? That processed sugar is really not too good for you. Ive been drinking this vitamin water lately. Only the white one. The rest taste like shit. The reason I drink it is because its low in sodium. For years I was drinking Gatorade. I drank nothing else. I started having stomach issues and heart palpitations. my biology teacher told me unless you're running a marathon or something ther's no need for something like gatorade.. its for dehydration, not sweating

i drink propel.. i dunno if that's any better but it tastes pretty good

Well the sugar in OJ is a simple sugar and isnt really going to do anything for you as far as "bulking" ,except give you some short term energy. And any of that sugar that you dont burn off will be stored as glycogen in the tissue.

What is you protein intake like ?

I tried that diet and the only think I got was gas.




Theres really a insignificant amount of protein in that anyways.
