Im havin some bannana bread and listening to FOX news. The doorbell rings. I was so tempted to ignore it but i went ahead and answered it.

2 guys standing there looking kinda grubby. One is standing behind the other and off to the side. The one close to the door says "we're out today trying to sell subscriptions to the Herald would you be interested?"

I said no thanks and he tried to give me a few reasons to buy it but he couldnt convince me. He was acting kind of aggressive like he wasnt going to give up. So I began to just shut the door while saying thank you at the same time. I dont like being rude but enough was enough and I dont want a subscription. Before the door could shut the asshole says" can I use your bathroom?". Something in my instinct finished shutting the door real quick and locked it so they would hear it click.

IDK, maybe the dude was legit and just had to wiz. I kind of felt guilty but who knows what people are capable of anymore.

should I have let the dude in???

i would have opened the door, threw him a bucket, told him to use it, and then i would have said:

"now i better not ever see you OR that bucket again"

then i would have locked the door and finished my banana bread.

I would have done the same thing or closed the door sooner. Of course I would also have my 45 behind my back. lol Don't get many door knocks, so it's always close by.

Good , this is clearing my consious. Well, I guess I didnt feel to guilty anyways.

I got a knock last spring that got me in trouble. This is no lie. 2 hot young girls selling lawn treatment for some company that was based out of State. I would never buy anything from a company selling door to door that wasnt local but it was hard to resist. I gave her my phone number and said I had to think about it. I didnt want any lawn service. She called about a week later and I found myself flirting with her. My wife got pissed.

That was great material for the spank bank!!!
