I can't tell sarcasm over the net, but after all you've done and still doing with your car... I would never sell it. But to each his own. I like the new camaro alot. But I cant figure any engine specs. Can someone fill me in!

Same engine as the gt putting out the same numbers in a light car sounds good... its still suppose to be an aluminum blcok correct?

oh i will. i like the fact that i can pout some good heads and a big cam in it and have no problem hitting 500+rwhp.

Still though, I bet that car sells for $35k+ ... I'd rather buy a Mustang for $25k and put a few grand in it and spank the Camaro.... or put $10k in it (might still cost you less than a Camaro) and spank Chevy's $70k flagship Z06 Corvette all over the place.

That's how it died last time. But hey they might have learned this time. I'll bet their v6 model will be priced about the same as the v6 stang. But I doubt the v8 will be the same as the mustang GT

From what I've read they are going to offer three engine packages.
v6, v8, v8

I would say the 400hp Camaro will prolly be around the same price as a cobra...But I mean hell one of my buddies bought an 06 GT for 32K about a year ago...I look foward to seeing them on the street...

I'm thinking the 400HP camaro will be the lower of the V8's and maybe an SS model will have the LS7 in it. the thing that limits the Camaro so much is they will never make one beter/faster then the vette, the new cobra is already comparable to the C6 that means Chevy wont make a Camaro that is comparable to the Vette

um buddy, the new shelby is nowhere comparible to the c6 zo6. it couldnt even beat the reg c6.
