Moving To Oklahoma (Maybe)

yupp I might be moving to Oklahoma because me and my mom got a job offer as General manager and AGM at a new holiday inn express opening there. Iam not sure where its at I think Lawton . but its a really big Hotel not even open yet so hopfully everything will go allright. but Ive never been there so I have no Idea what its going to be like kinda freaky . plus Iam thinking of ways to get my cars up there, I'll probly put the Cobra on a Trailer with the gaurd on the front and just drive my 86 jeep down. but its gonna cost a bundel on gas. does anyone know what its like there?
well just thought i would share with you guys that I might be moving. I get the word tommarro weither we get the job or not.

LOL ok, what state has NO losers in it again?
Born and raised in Oklahoma, it's flat. The thunderstorms own all though.
Tornadoes, weeeeee!

OK has some of the best looking women too!
Something about their southern accents.

Be there and know the state. Its the sooner state. It a nice state, but has lots of drugs. more then most. I went there for horseshoeing school and my uncle lives there. Ther closer you get to east, the drugger it gets. There are a lot of sluts that live there, but not all the people are like that. You will find want you are looking for. If you look for the bad, you will find it. if you look for the good, you will find it.

Dude, those are dangerous generalizations. I have lived in other states and the drug and criminal element are everywhere. I have traveled all over the nation and overseas as well. Oklahoma is not perfect but it is my home. I have been to Georgia on many occasions. We have an office in Kennasaw. Atlanta traffic sucks but it is no different than Houston, Dallas, Boston, LA, and a host of others. I would never make sweeping comments such as "drug state, slutting women" etc about your state.

As drgnracin said, we can show you around. Lawton is about 80 miles southwest of OKC but is a quick drive via the turnpike (80mph baby). Lawton has a drag strip but we go to the one in Noble which is just south of OKC. Let us know when you get ready to move.

GA has drugs here and in some parts its really bad. It don't make it a bad state. The traffic sucks here in Atlanta, but not in other places here. Take the good and the bad. The girls here are a little........a whole lot slutty. So I am not saying that Oklahoma is a bad state, but it does have bad things about it. I liked Oklahoma when I was there. Don't get mad. It not saying anything about you. I just saying what I saw whe I was there. It don't make it so.

Hey man I still haven't seen your cobra around here! Comon I haven't had a chance to ride in one yet. I've had vette rides but I think I would enjoy the cobra a little more. LOL J/k.

I have a lot of family that lives in OK. It has a really low cost of living so you can get some cheap housing down there. Good luck man!

yeah that was a pretty stupic comment. all states have their bad but for the most part, oklahoma is a very nice place to live. lots of great people here. of course there are sluts but everywhere has their fair share of them and the same with drugs. the women here are very good looking too. anyways let us know when ya come on down

I am not getting mad and not trying to get in a pissing contest with you. I was simply stating that any kind of generalizations can be misleading. Oklahoma is fairly rural not unlike Georgia. The population is approximately 3,500,000 (27th largest) and 20th largest by area. The majority of the population is in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton areas. It has its good with the bad. Low cost of living being one plus. Hotter than He!! in summer. It has been over 100 for 26 days (13 straight). Okay, I am finished with my history lesson.

I believe the tuner you are referring to is the one who is building drgnracin's engine. Jim Pascall at SW Tuning. Great guy and knows his stuff. He recently relocated from Austin. You can check out their website at: http://www.swtuning.com/
