Theres alot of healthy stuff that tastes way better than fast food. And its actually fun or easier to make than driving through a stupid drive thru.

Cheaper, healthier, better tasting.

If I eat fast food more than once a week or so, it feels like it builds up in my system. The more I eat it the more I crave it and the worse I feel. It has addictive qualities and I dont think that is an accident. Not only that, I have no energy, I feel heavy and slow and my mind is not as sharp. Fat, Trans-fats, high amounts of sodium and calories and virtually no vitamins.

Fuck that shit. If fast food was invented today, Americans would say terrorists invented it to kill us

that sounds good. Thats healthy food though. And you know it because you quote it as being 97% fat free. Thats great.

I guess Im refering to the MCDs, BKs and KFCs.
