Bad Bad Bad situation

just take it to a lawyer to get it fixed and taken off your record. They write a letter to the police department and they will reduce it to a non-moving violation. Like they take it from a speeding ticket to something like a loud muffler or just excessive vehicle noises. Thank god my step mom is a paralegal and she does all of mine. I think i have nine excessive vehicle noise tickets. Hahahahaha. and my worst one was a 88 in a 25..not a good day...

Good advice. I got ticketed for no front plate...sent a picture of the car WITH a plate...no more ticket Dont be scared of traffic court, find ways to beat it.

You can't blame him for wanting to know how fast the Eclipse can go. It's the first time he's gotten to drive a real "sports" car in a while. Most of the time he's stuck with a slow ass Mustang.

bahahahaha... lets just say, my stang would put a major whoopin on an eclipse lol.

anyways guys.... my mom is actually THE best known laywyer in the state of Indiana, only she does enviromental law. BUT guess what!!!!!!!!! On my ticket, the Sheriff left the amount blank and didnt give me a court apperance notification... idk if he screwed up or just felt like being EXTREMELY EXTRMEMLY nice, but i talked to a woman at the traffic branch, and she told me that means i just have to pay the minimal $165 with no court appearance!!!! I'm soooo relieved. No going more than 5mph over for me for a couple of yrs lol.

I think he probably did that because he knows of my mother and of my cousins who are cops and very well respected in indianapolis. I dont know about this guys, but i'm pretty relieved right now.

Ya my bro once got a ticket for "Stopping too late" The officer Stated that he "Rolled past the stop sign then stopped a few feet after it" Anyways he dated it for 06 which made it invalid....no Ticket!

J/K. Last ticket I got was in (Chattonooga) *Spell check* last october 82 in a 55 work zone but no workers present that saved me a lot of money!

lol i live in nebraska lincoln to be exact and the cops here suck they bust u for going 5 over and take points lots and lots of points.... however they dont chase sportbikes if u run I think that is why they r such a holes with my mustang

I got pulled over once for going like 3 over. He said he yelled at me to slow down over an intercom, but my exhaust was too loud and I didn't hear it. I can't help it he didn't accelerate as fast as me. Going 33 in a 30 and getting pulled over is pushing it a little.

Georgia is consistently reported as one of the worst states for traffic offenses, especially for first timers.. I'm pretty sure we're right up there with Virginia and a couple others.. on top of all this, I live about 5-10ish minutes from a couple cities in Georgia that are mad when it comes to ticketing ppl..
city number 1 - Pendergrass, GA - $558,000 in fines for 2006 - approx. $1136 for each of the town's 491 residents - 5 times the fines of the next highest p.d.
city number 2 - Jefferson, GA - approx. $99 for each of the town's 6400 residents

these cities are ranked 1st and 4th for the top 4 worst ticketing p.d.s in all of the northeast georgia.. and only a little bit further down the road.. number 2, Arcade, GA.. great news for me, right? haha
