Whats the worse thing I can do...

Hye guys, I posted up a topic a little bit back about a guy on ebay that screwed me out of some money, well I found out today that paypal ruled on his side because he had a tracking number where he sent it to the wrong adress. So now Im screwed out of my money and he is in Denver so I cant go beat his ass. Whats somethings I can do to him without actually getting myself in some legal issues? I have already listed up a bunch of stuff on craigs list with his number on it and created about 6 different ebay accounts and bought about 10 itiems per account so I can just leave feedback and trash his feedback rating... any other ideas?

wow so paypal doesnt even protect your money anymore?

i can go rip people off and send an empty package to a wrong address near you and not have to give you your money back?

have you tried going to the address he shipped it to and telling them your package was sent there by mistake?

that'd make alot more sense to me.

The tracking number only has a zip on it. Since there was no signiture required for delivery there is no way of telling where it went to. I already tried calling the post office...

^ not entirely true.

if it was ups even if there is no sig required the ups driver has to mark the last name of the owner in his diod .

so it technically CAN still be tracked.

Yes john is right there sould still be ways of tracking it. If UPS droped it off at his house they still marked were they droped it at

Its USPS ( Unites States Postal Service ) Not UPS ( United Pot Smokers ).

The post office told me ( between bong hits ) that since there was no delivery signiture required they have no way of telling what house it was delivered to. All the tracking number says on it is my zip code...

Find the middle of the area with the same zip code and site there with a huge cardboard sing proclaiming that you will kill for this package
