So I learned today that big truck + big truck + small car = baaddddddd. I got rear ended and smashed into the truck in front of me. It really really sucked because my car is totaled. I mean the engine was bent into a V shape totaled. I have a back and neck brace. Whip lash, back sprains, fractured a rib, and have a major concussion (hit the windshield). That was yesterday, and I still went to work today hopped up on a whole lot of perks

i hope your ok my mom just got rear ended and she is in a lot of pain with her back and such

ive never been rear ended so i just thought wow that shouldnt hurt too bad but yea shes suffering over here

was this on a freeway?

It was on a little highway in town. The speed limits 50 I think the guy was doing something around that... I dunno I passed out and woke up and passed out again... then had to go in am ambulance, which is freaky when you're strapped to that damn bored. The EMTs found me amusing because I wanted to sign a refusal for treatment, teach my two lessons, then go to the hospital (I'm stubborn) and they declared me not competent to sign the paper(because of the nature of the accident and everything), and I was like no I'm just blonde you can't hold that against me. They guy got off his shift after he dropped me off so he stayed and hung out to make sure I was okay It was wicked nice. I think what pissed me off most was the fact my car was a totally wreak on both ends, the truck ahead of me had nothing wrong and the one behind me looked like he got into a tiny fender bender and like tapped a light post a lil too hard when parking. Wtf?! That's sooo not cool. Thanks for the good wishes guys... right now I'm as high as a kite, literally, I'm on Morphine for 2 days The pain is still pretty bad, but I can move around a bit without too many problems. Apparently its going to be a shock when I'm off it though.

it sucks when your minding your business and some jackass hits you my car got backed into last week but wasnt all that bad

hope you get better ive know ppl with broke ribs and they say it sucks theres nothing you can do but get high and try to forget about it

Don't settle, until you talk to a lawyer, you could be getting a Cobra out of the deal. Just for "pain and suffering" Oh hell yes, get cheese outta this. Trust me on thisa you got a commerical property to sue. Oh I feel your pain, a good lawyer can even reccomend a good doctor (in his pocket) for you to see. There is a silver lining to every rear end collision. Hope you not to badly hurt, but take a look at them Cobras, that's wat's insurance is for!!!!!!!

Wow, sorry about the Stang. Glad to hear you're still among us. I was in an accident similar to yours back in Jan. It wasn't quite as bad though. Although I still get minor back pains and headaches every once in a while. My doctor said this is probably something that I will live with the rest of my life even though I'm only 21, and it'll only get worse with age... hopefully you and your (new) car will be up and runnin' soon.
