Ipod Touch?

Hey guys i started seeing Ipod touch commercials recently, and i just started lookin at it.

it's 8gb for 299
16gb for 399

http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/

http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/guidedtour/medium.html

it's pretty sweet. My ipod video is 30gb, and that makes me mad that the touch is such small space, which makes me hesitant to get it.

I might be getting one.. but IDK. I just think its freaking sick and innovative. I DO have like 15gb of music though, plus a bunch more Gigs (i forget, i think i have like 22GB total on my ipod) of vids. So the space issue sucks..

It's like and iphone without a couple features.

Anyone have one? have any input?

i saw my friend in the grocery store the other day and she showed me hers

its pretty cool it has internet and everything and i bet if you converted your 22GB of music to 128kbps AAC (which is same quality as 192kbps MP3) you will be able to fit all of your music on it and even more.

oh and and it even has bluetooth because she had wireless headphones for it which looked really tacky but its a cool concept maybe they have ear bud versions of them also

oh oh and and the thing was amazingly thin i honestly even after seeing the commcercials did not think it would be that thin

do you know of any good programs to MASS convert them from MP3 192 to AAC 128kb?

haha yeah i bought i my 30gb IPOD video (5th gen) for $300 the DAY before they released the 5.5 gen that had searching, a brighter screen, and a bunch of other stuff for only 250. Fortunately the one they gave me was like a little scratched up, so i went into return it, and they were like well theres a 10% stocking fee, but now its 250, so here's 20 dollars and a new one hahah.

I love CompUSA's 2 yr extended warranty, if my ipod decides to die, I get the newest ipod that is equal in price to what mine was when it was bought new...and I only pay 60 buck to renew the warranty I went from a 10GB 3rd gen ipod to a 20GB 4th gen to a 60GB video

I converted 1000 songs to AAC 128KBs with iTunes in about 4 hours

they were all mp3 with variable bit rates

Yeah I have it! I love it! I have over 60 gigs of music and videos on my computer, but most of it i dont even listen to or watch. The main reason i got it was to do the interent. And i also have mine running every program that an iPhone can do. As for the keyboard, it took some time to get used to, but now its just like typing on a normal keyboard.

You can get maps, mail, everything you would want on it. I really like it!
