My elbow hurts..

I think it is from throwing the football to much. But if i put any kind of strain on it, it starts hurting. like doing a push-up hurts. I was thinking tennis elbow or w/e it is called. But i was wondering if there is anything to fix this besides not using my elbow for 3weeks?

I woudl say you have an issue with belt tension, pull the belt off and see how tight your tensioner is... Oh, wait thats an answer to a mustang question. Im not sure I would try to get medical advise from a mustang site, although it could be worse you could be asking at a chevy site, they would probably tell you to cut your arm off, problem solved...

Brace it. If you have tennis elbow it needs some support.

And WLJ your eye color is amazing

your working it too hard.

stop.

take some time off of it.

like Phoenixx stated.. brace it as well.
you hurt it. let it heal before you do any real damage.
lots of calcium and potassium.

light stretching and VERY light weight training.

the only problem is that that injury probably wont go away at least not for long, somethin like that takes a long time to heal...u could have micro tears in ur elbow and if thas the case then yes it will take a long ass time to heal if it ever does...the protocol for our elbow injuries like that here at school is like 3 months no throwing...which is bout right
