1997 F150
ok so the rpm gauge changes.. like the truck is at idle lets say 500 or w.e it is and suddenly it jumps to 3k.s or 0 rpm so that mean the gauge need to be changed aigth?.. or what (cause the motor doesn't rev so it's a gauge problem)
other thing is u know the gear indicator thingy, the arrow that tells you in what gear ur well the cable broke and that thingy was bought brand new.. how do i put it in? and sorry for bad spelling and all the pick-up needs to be fixed its gonna get into a long trip on friday also i dont like the crazy rpm gauge *the gauge is just crazy nothing to do with maf or engine just like the thing that makes is move is crazy.. some times it just like die

so the car like automatically revs up to 3k?
i know sometimes cars jump around rpm's and shit, but damn, 500 to 3000 is crazy

lol the thing that indicates in what rpm u at u know...
well it appears to be broken and its giving bad reading like sometimes it doesnt even turns on and its giving bad rpm.. (u know the thing rigth aside the mph.. in the dash)
