Fallstar Edition Mustang!

I have an announcement to make!
I think I'm gonna do a little customization to a mustang, call it a special edition and give it a special name. I'll sell it for much much more than a regular mustang and collectors will scramble to pay for it. It's good to be able to make as much or more profit than ford motor company, considering that they did most of the engineering of the car and it's design. But I sure do include cool rims and ground effects and I can take some other company's supercharger and install it too. Maybe you should make your own version of a mustang as well, everyone else is doing it.

Roush, Steeda, Saleen, Cervinis, Foose, Coddington,...

what are you talking about? are you saying you want to be the next steve saleen, jack roush, or steeda corp? good luck, but those companies have invested millions of dollars and decades of research for their products and race teams.

If you are just talking about modding your car and selling it for profit, good luck finding someone to pay for your mods.

maybe i am missing something in your post?

The sarcasm mostly. But also the fact that it just seems like a new one pops up every day. I just read about this on Mustang World:

oh, i see. i very much so dislike boyd coddington. he mostly did stuff with hot rods back in the day (decades ago) and now he is trying to get the new generation's market. chip foose and boyd coddington have for a long time had a big feud, but foose is much cooler IMO. i would buy a saleen or a roush and mod some more, but i think it is cheaper to just buy a base model v6, swap everything cobra for 15grand (engine, tranny, rear, driveshaft, ecu, harnes....) and save money that way. my next "saleen model" is going to be a 1999 base model black triple black v6 vert which i will completely tear apart and keep it about as stock styling as my 6er i have now. i hate graphics for the most part, i like subtle sporty changes and mainly performance. i just need a budget to allow me to go all out. my changes to my current setup that i want soon are 4.10s in an 8.8 rear and a thunderbird s/c from the ford 3.8.

If you could get ford to sell it, I think it would work.

I wish you all the luck in the world. But I'm sure you know the the ford motor co. Took a big loss in the last quarter. Somewhere around 3 billion.
