close vabchgt... it depends on when "A" school (training for your rate aka. specialty) is dated and the need for that rate. With some rates you may not be able to have guaranteed "a" school out of boot camp, and with other rates you might. what college do you have? that really wont help too much for enlisted jobs, but if you are planning on becomming an Officer, it helps out alot. and hey Jessy... i started a Military Thread so you can ask any questions there
