there's a lot of travel involved with this job, but the guy i spoke to said their QAI's make between 60 and 80k a year...

Company called Flextronics. They are contracted by Verizon. Basically Verizon will be my customer, and Verizon's customers will be my customers. I will be wearing a Verizon uniform, and in a Verizon store, but I will be a technition of their products. I will be assesing the products to make sure that if something is wrong we can fix it. Or if something is wrong with the plan someone is on we can figure out whats wrong with it and keep them as a customer. I'm still customer service, but I'm a liasion between the customer and the company. I'm not workin with the hot chick anymore. Not her supervisor so I can date her now.

hey im a verizon customer and i got a phone that the paint is chipping off. i need you to repaint it or give me a new one!!!!!!!!

It was so weird being at the interview in a verizon store, and taking out a cingular/AT&T phone. Bring it into a Verizon store your gonna end up dealing with a Flextronics employee.

Once I learn about fixing them and everything. Flextronics also provides many other companies products like for DELL, IBM, and HP.
