I Need Some Honest Input (MPG)
I need to know how much improvement mpg wise i'll be looking at if i add,
CAI AEM brute force (or a fenderwell CAI anyone know haow to make one?) UD pulleys (do they really work?) Swapping muflers from the monstrosity of a muffler i have to say a 40 series flow with a deflector right after the outlet. I have a 03 ford f150 5.4L SCrew 2wd. I tried to get some info from a f150 forum but got no real help. |

Sweet so hopefully i'll be lookin at being at 22mpg hwy. is there anything else i can do? i really hate going to the gas station now, esp having a 25 gal tank!
and gettin anywhere from 11-15 mpg city and max of 17 hwy. I know i took a gamble with the truck but gas wasn't as bad when i got it.

man thats some bad milage for an f150, especially a 2wd.. an air intake and pullies will help a lot, and you can do a fuel economy tune as well. i would give it a tune up while you're at it because that mileage is really bad..
