New Gun

i have recently started doing some duracoating and i wanted to try on a gun that wasnt really close to my heart and something i didnt really care about if i screwed it up. i looked around for a few days in some pawnshops for something cheap, well i couldnt find the right thing so i went up to h&h and see what kind of a deal they would make me on a 18 inch remington 870. after talking for a bit, i decided to buy one.

i took it home and immediatly stripped it completely down and started the duracoating process. i used magpul flat dark earth. it came out loking great. i sitll havnt even fired a round through it yet but thats coming tomorrow.

anyways im gonna start doing some guns for some friends as long as they pay for the laterials. i ended up buying a really good air brush and compressor for it, so let me know if you may want to have some done and well talk about it. anyway, here are a couple pics of how it turned out.

it came out really nice, its darker in real life, the camera i have doesnt really give its true color. i need a better one. anyways it was fun and i have a couple more lined out from some friends

it started out completely black, therefore all of the brown parts were painted

it will shot 2.75 and 3 inch shells, and my camera doesnt really show the color well but tis more of a dark brown color. the gun was around 300 and the airbrush was 100 the compressor was 130 and the paint and stuff is actually affordable and runs around 20 bux or so for enough to do a couple guns. ive maybe got 350 buc in this gun
