How Do I Post Pictures?

can some one tell me how to post pictures .... with my topics

click "add an attachment" then upload from your pc, or type " [url]www.blahblahblah.jpg[/img] " you get the idea?

ok if the picture is on your hard drive you can just do what AB said and add an attachment or if you have it hosted somewhere yiou can do the following. i hope you dont mind bossman. heres the link i am using.

what you got to do to get the pic to show up in the post is to put imgage tags around it like this but without the spaces between the tags and the url.

[img] http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums/image-apic72.jpg [/img]

so add that with out the spaces between the tags and the link and you get this. its got to end with jpg tho

it can end with png as well...

oh really. the link i had from Bmans pic ended with html and just changed it to JPG. and it worked. i dont think it would work on that pic if it ended with png.

it depends on what type you upload... if its a png, use the png extension

otherwise, its good to use the jpg letters

that only applies to pictures uploaded to the photo album. Pictures uploaded there get embedded into a file, your your not actually linking the picture when you try to link to a photo album file... your linking to an actual file.

All popular file types are supported, jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, etc.
