i have a friend who wants to sell me her white 03 gt.. i think it is beautiful, she drives it to school every day and it sounds heavenly to say the least.. it's got 74 k miles on it, an exhaust, intake, headers and a bunch more stuff.. she wants $12,500 for it.. well, her dad wants that much for it cuz he has put so much into it.. i looked at her maintence records and everything the car is practically in perfect condition.. OoO but i dunno that seems like a lot or i'm just cheap. lol what do you guys think?

not a good deal. way to many miles for that price you can easily find an 03 gt on craig's list under 50k for that price. and plus it was driven manly by a women so thats another no no lol

yeah but isn't that like a stock one? this one has a lot of work done to it. she also has a system in it and i just talked her down 1,300.. lol so she wants 11,200

11 doesn't sound bad. but for me atleast bolt on upgrades don't factor in on private party sales. unless its something big like s/c but, then you have to take in account the car was probably beat on.

yah i'm trying to see if i can talk her down a little more tomorrow she's gonna give me pictures at school and a list of everything that is done to it. i'm not sure exactly if i want to go for it. but it is a pretty badass car.. its a big step up from my beat up 6er and my no-go 5.0 lol

ok new question. how much do you think i could sell my v6 for? it has minor damage on the driver's side door where the lock was broken.. but it has a cd player and all the gizmos and there is some paint chipping on the rear bumper where some jack ass hit me in a parking lot... oh and it has 101k miles and i kept up with the maintence..

Any mods to the Sixer? What shape is the interior in? How does it run? Is it leaking any oil or fluids on the ground? Any rust on it? How does the passenger seat smell?

These are all things I would check if I was looking over your car. (Although I would wait until you weren't looking to sniff your seat.)

I gotta say,this is probably the most legitimate way to get a fair asking price.We would definitely need pics to make sure you didnt get screwed......on the deal.

Get us that list of upgrades she has. I can tell you from a dealership standpoint,they wouldn't pay extra for any of that stuff.

its an 01.. the interior is good, no smells lol i keep it very clean! it doesn't leak any fluids, it runs good i kept it up the only problems are on the paint on the rear bumper and the lock has to be replaced. everything else is in pretty darn good shape.
