AFI is stupid

Me and my fiance are under her mom's insurance with American Family Insurance. When we were switching from a wrecked Focus to a Cavalier we had her mom call them and tell them to switch from Focus to Cav, they didn't after 2 months we found out. 1st strike. When we traded our Cav for the stang, we had her mom call them and tell them to take the Cav off and put the Stang on. A few months later, we found out that they didn't do that. 2nd strike. Now, just today, got a notice in the mail from our loan bank stating that our insurance company called them to tell them that we cancelled, we didn't... Her mom called to cancel her sisters Malibu which was sold and instead, they took the stang off and her mom's car off. WTF? 3rd Strike! So have to find a new insurance agent with another company soon, that won't do this to us!

Just want to tell people that our local American Family Insurance is untrustworthy, so it might be the whole company or just local.

all of them. all insurance is a big sscam. they do nothing but bend you over and stick it in your pooper and make you like it!

I agree, but at least they gave me a $94 check for my wrecked Focus (rest for loan) and a $4200 check to my parents for hail dmg to their truck. DIE INSURANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, so her mom is finding another insurance company.

But in like 3-4 years we'll get our own anyways with lower rates probably since we'll be married and 23 years of age.
