I Swear They Have Nothing Better To Do!

I was on my way to school this morning and I don't exactly live in the biggest town. (8,000 people or so) Well, the cops here have ABSOLUTLY nothing to do and I think they just like to mess with me.

I have been pulled over 6 times now in a period of about a month. Only one of which was a legitiment reason (speeding).

Well, like I said, im on my way to school this morning and im waiting at a light, there is a cop sitting at the light the opposite direction im going. I patiantly wait my turn, no cars coming, I signal, I make the turn. First thing I do every time I see a cop and I know he's more than likely watching me, I look in my rearview mirror. Sure enough, u-turn from police man sitting at the light. Im doing 2 under the speed limit, were coming up to a gas station and without missing a beat, on come the red and blue.

He explains to me how my exhaust is illegal as of the moment and I explained to him that I was well aware of that. (I bottomed out about a week back and the car broke lose from the header on the right side.) I explained to him that I was getting it fixed within the week, I just havnt had the time to due to school.

Well thankfuly I finally met one of the nicer cops in Lumberton. He left me with a warning and said there was nothing he could do if I got stopped a mile down the road for the same thing.

I swear the cops in my town need to find something better to do! But will they?

... thats funny cause i drove past a cop standing out in the road directing traffic and my dad was behind me... well we were driving to the exhaust shop... and i had open long tubes on ... the cop didn't even look at my car he was to busy trying to look important at an accident ... my dad thought it was funny cause he could hear my car about a block away and didn't know how the cop didn't look

Haha, gotta love that "crap, theres people looking...I need to look like im doing something!" attitude of cops, haha.

That's crazy man... what's even more crazy though is that in sioux falls... here in South dakota I've been running with an O/R x pipe and straight pipes for about a month or so now and I haven't even had a cop glance at me! They're too busy with all the damn ricers around... come to think of it I haven't seen one muscle car pulled over down here yet even though there are a couple nova's and older camaros and such down here running on slicks on public roads.

I think they may like the american muscle more

Only donut shop in Lumberton is called Dee Best Donuts, and for being dee best, dee really suck...haha.
