Sears are OK I got a full set of Snap Onm when my father passed, some are like 40 years 50 years old and work fine!

I bought a 140something piece set of Kobalt tools. Its not bad, I've seen far far far worse. For the price, its more than acceptable. My only only complaint is the screwdriver is utter shit. Its hollow and plastic. The rachets, and wrenches are perfectly fine.
