A Little Advice Please...
Ok, every christmas since I was 6 ( for the last 20 yrs ) I have to drive to like three of four different cities to visit different parts of the family ( and from having divorced parents ). This year I thinking about saying screw it I will go to church on christmas and spend the morning with various parts of my family on their pre-determained times... What do you guys think? Spend time with my dog and girl or run all over Gods green earth never getting to relax to have different family members ask about my life one after the other? Im leaning towards the screw it side, but maybe someone can touch me with some of that holiday joy...

i have been doing the same thing when i head home to PA for holidays. this year i said screw it and did what i wanted to do. for me vacations didn't feel like vacations anymore and i stopped looking forward to heading home until now. now i visit who i want basically

visit them on different days... ask one family if they would be willing to have you over the day before go get a nice dinner and call it good then ask one to do something the day after and spend x mas to your self
