Get This I Was Looking At The Gun Store Today

Me and my buddy and we were at Gander mountain. He was looking at a 357 mag. And I was looking at a 270 Remington pump I want another one bad.

Alright well as most of you know I am a country guy and like my guns and use them responsiobly and I was looking for the next one I was gonna buy im 18 years old too. And I asked to see a 357 because im thiking about buying a pistol I have never had one before. And to target shot and what not.

So the guy says can I see our ID I said why im 18 and he goes I cant let you see it until your 21.

Are you kidding me I have never used a gun iresponsibly and I was looking at them to possibly buy one and use it for sporting.

I almost said you mean to tell me I can go sign up the the Marines or Army right now and carry automatic rifles and a bigger gun than a 357 handgun. But I cant look at one in Gander mountain because they think all kids uner 21 cant be trusted

But still I mean what the hell its not like I was gonna use it to commit a crime. I mean im a god honest kid that was gonna use it for target shooting. But someone awhile back had to ruin it for everyone

I bet 90% of all crimes commited with a gun its a stolen gun anyway or bought off the streets

That has nothing to do with it. The fact is you have to be 21 to buy it so you must also be 21 to look. Kind of like alcohol. You know you enter a bar and ask to look at the beer and they ask for your ID. They see your not 21 and ask you to leave.

There is no point in him allowing you to look at the firearm when you are not old enough to buy it.

you can easily conceal a small weapon compared to a big weapon

yea its kinda week that you can buy any assault rifle. other than nfa stuff. but you cant buy a pistol. its needs to be generic. either be 18 for both or 21 for both.
