EERRRRRR THR Is EVIL! I Want My Headers!

so heres what happend with my Headers...errrrrr
oooh read from bottom up... lol

I Just Wrote n sent this today........

Im sorry but this is insane! I ordered in mid November and payment went through nov 17 and now it is the December 8th almost the 9th and I have still not received my BBK Ceramic L/T Headers! I know its not your fault at all Liz and I apoligise that you have to chatch this but do you understand where Im comming from right? because I ordered headers from you guys 1st then I ordered the mid pipe from americanmuscle.com and then 2 days later I ordered a K member kit from UPR and I have every thing but the headers! and what gets me is that I wanted to put all these on before the snow started to fly and now I have to put the parts on my car while freezing my butt off, also I took 3 days off of work last week thinking that all my parts would be in so I could put them on, and the main part didnt come so I wasted time that I could of been working.

Again Im sorry you had to put up with me because I know its not your fault at all and Im sorry. I am just frustrated as you can imagine. Im usually never the one to complain but I was reallly looking forward to having these on my car.

Ok, so the part we’re speaking of is the L/T headers in Ceramic? Was the K member kit a separate order??

I truly apologize, we have had a hard time because it seems we’re missing a bit of information on your order. I’m trying to track down to confirm shipment / etc., but I wanted to go to the source to get a bit of help from your end.

Can you please confirm with me who you ordered with (Girl or Guy) and what you ordered so I can make sure this went through? Also, what is the year / model of your vehicle? I do apologize in advance and will be happy to give you a 5% credit because of our mistake.

Don't feel bad. If you are being dealt unacceptable customer service, you have a right to be unhappy.

You can relay that feeling without apologizing but while still making your point and being firm. You are already a well spoken mature individual, so it shouldn't be hard.

Even though it isn't Liz's fault, she represents that company, and is the person you are dealing with. You have shelled out 500 dollars for said product, and as such are entitled to what you paid for or your money back in full.

Ujslost bought some headers and midpipe on ebay yesterday. And well they backed out of the deal after he sent money, claiming that the price was too low. So they sent his money back. I would not buy from Texas Hot Rods personally my self.
