Wow, front looks awesome. And that grill is menacing as all get out. But the back? I was going to say something funny, but the quote from the official website's feedback is killer on its own:

Well they can't go taking all the fascia off or it'd start looking like a black Bullitt.

yeah, but they are HUGE and boxy, they don't follow the lines of the car

Totally agree, I was just being a smart aleck. I guess on second look, they need to show the red lights in these pics, I think I'm just liking the hood, the front fascia and the wheels.

Ah well. Hopefully they don't edit the engine sound with a superimposed sound pattern of some engine spinning up to 9k. (knocks on wood).

I just think KITT needed to be something futuristic and a retro Mustang just doesn't fit the concept. Some of the articles suggest there will be special editions based on this

which I assume means having the option of a stuntman dressed up as a seat

and an interior that changes from digital to stock on a scene by scene basis

. You'll presumably have a keyless entry option in the shape of a watch you can talk to "Open up buddy"
