Rock Band?
Hey anyone have this game?
I have never player guitar hero or anything but this looks pretty cool.. you get a mic, guitar, and drums with the game. Pricey though, 170 bucks. Anyone have it? What do you think.. is it worth it?

What about Guitar hero 3 as well.. its only 90 dollars.. more focused on one person play as well.
Any input on GH3 vs rock band?

GH3 gets boring really fast... i don't like the songs as much as GH2 and i hear rock band has amazing current up to date songs too... i want it for xmas but ehh

My little bro played rock band for a whole night.
He said you need to have a bunch of friends over in order to make the game fun, otherwise it's pointless... Great for parties! |

Thats what a couple of my friends say...And oh, they said their drums are already broken and they've only had it for about a week. I wouldnt mind having either one, but i dont have any gaming system to play it on. |

ROCKBAND!!!!
Damn that game is good! ThE single greatest multi-player game I've ever played, hands down. REALLY a good party game as well. It's worth every dollar, so long as you like music. Buy a good set of surround sound speakers and play it on xbox elite on a HighDef tv and wow! It's waaaay better than Guitar Hero... though the guitar on Rockband is slightly easier than on Guitar Hero, it's still pretty fun - they've even incorporated solo-buttons on the guitar to do some killer solo's. Fun times!! If you ever play online, my band is Sirius Lee, and we are up there in overall fans, and money. Heh heh.
