Well... Damn Anybody know a way to fix it? I'm well past my warranty and I don't feel like going through Microsoft's support and repair. Right now I'm just going to have to save for an elite 360... But that will take a while.

i sent mine back.. from the time i called them, they sent me the box, i sent it back, they repaired it, and sent it back to me, it was less than 2 weeks and it was completely free
