don't sue thats gay... ... well only sue for enough to get you by for 3 years... i hate people who sue for millions... they only set the world back by not getting over them selves...

keep your chin up you will find a better job... look around post your resume... there are always options man

i know this might not be desirable but the military is always a good back up plan

or go get your truckers license and live the life of zip

And + 1 you should actually look into suing them. Just settle w/ em so you can get by till you start working again

Ugh I wouldn't wish that on anyone man. lol

However, there certainly is no shortage of work in trucking. Keep your head up man, I'm sure with your experience you will be able to land something. I would also look in to wrongful dismissal if I were you. Getting let go because of one minor offense that took place 8 years ago sounds ridiculous to me.

SUE THEM!! thats B.S. backround checks should be done prior to employment. and 1 DUI is a misdeamanor.
