Worst Day Of My Life

For for all who new i got out of the military, got a great job as a field service engineer with a company called Elekta, used to be phillips medical. I would be working on there cancer treating equipment in hospitals. Well yesteray i was fucking let go because i recieved a DUI 8 years ago. I have been working with them for a little over a month and they just now did a background check. So i was in cali training and had to fly back to atlanta for them to let me go. So now i am back home without a fucking job not knowing what i am going to do. My boss who hired me is probrably about to quit cause he is pissed at the situation that the company has a zero tolerance policy. I am recieving a good reference letter from them cause i did nothing wrong, just got a DUI 8 years ago. So now i am having to collect unemplyment i guess and if anybody is interested in a magazine car let me know cause i am more than likely putting my baby up for sale so me and my wife don't end up homeless. This is the first time in my life that i have felt like my life is over.

you'll be alright man.

Sue the company for wrong full termination.
they should have done the back round check prior to hiring you in the first place.

not unless when u filled out the application he checked he had never been convicted of a crime before.......

cause thats what they booted him for

Thats a good idea doc. If you can't keep working for em at least wring every bit of money you can out of em. But everything will work out for the better bro.

that applies to felonies only.

a dwi/dui is not a felony if convicted only once.
