I did that on my 1970 Cuda', Turbo. Took me about 120 man hours to prep it.

i wanted to do it while the engine was out but i couldnt wait any longer and said fuck it and waited for winter, now im really kicking myself in the ass for it

i shoulda done it then....

i had take everything off the fender aprons and shit

Did it have undercoating on it? Up here in canuckland a lot of the vehicles have it...it was a bitch to get off my Cuda. I used thinner, turpentine, degreaser, sand paper, wire wheels, scrapers, you name it. lol

no undercoating thank god, that woulda been just a straight up nightmare, im gonna paint the bottom when i do my subrame connectors and roll cage and Aeromotive fuel system along with the tubular K member

but its just becoming miserable

someone took it out along with the A/C unit

Back when I did mine, I was doing it at high school, so a sand blaster was out of the question. But if you can pull it off, that certainly is the way to go.

that one looks good but i think it could be done cleaner. unless its a true racer in which you dont want everything hidden
