So our daughter has been in to photography for some time, and excels at it in school. And will probably be taking it in college, where she will need a good slr. So today I bought her this for Xmas. And the credit card takes another 2 thousand dollar hit.

Well it was 1500 bucks, plus an extended warranty, plus tax. It came to just over 1800 bucks. Not quite 2 grand.

lol I don't think it's a fad. She's been in to photography for about 4 years, and currently has 9,000 pics....20 gigs of them. lol
