Info On A G35

so my buddy went for a ride with me in my stang and decided he wanted one. so he went to the dealer and got talked into a infiniti g35 because he couldnt fit car seats in the stang. he says he has raced to stangs and beat both of them anyone know what they run in the 1/4 he swears he can beat me i average 13.8 13.9 in the 1/4 he has a catback in cai. in racin him after leave just wondering what to expect thx

07s are g37 though... not g35 anymore....

Your car can smoke a new g35 and any older one. They are not as fast as the 350 and the 08 350 with pro drivers runs a 13.8 contrary to the bs you hear on websites.

Does he drag race at a track? truth is if he has never been to a drag strip and does not know what he is doing he wont see a flat 14 in it. its a harder car to drive than a stang. power is all up top and you need to be able to bang some gears to get the speed out of it. i got a freind with a 08 g35 and its not as fast as my car by a long shot. even he would tell you that. the power comes on strong up top but it doesnt have the low end torque that we have.

oh you got a 03 didnt see that. I still say you can take his ass if you can run a 13.8. unless he is experienced, than you will have to earn your money.

LOL. I wish i could be there. Everybody thinks becuase a pro can get something out of a car so can they. You will kill him, video it. post it. I cant stand nissan guys anymore. had one with a 350 that worked with my girlfreind and he use to always run his mouth to her about how he researched it and his car was faster than mine. new nothing about cars, kept telling her he had more hp so she ask him one day how much torque the 350s had he said i dont know. she knows more about racing. one day i picked her up from work and he was pulling out so i said i hear your car is faster than my stang let me see cause i cant seem to find any 350s in real life that want to play. He wouldnt race though. they just love to talk shit.

Was at summit point one time and there were too stangs, me and a cobra. both of us were sitting in the back of the class and this guy with a 350 said yea you guys sit in the back cuase your cars will be there all day. I passed him in the turn (where you are not suppose to pass) and gave him the finger. Dumb ass like he stood a chance against the other stang which was fucking modded cobra.

There is a guy that lives around me with a bad ass 350 though, but its twin turboed. I hide from him.

That modded G is ugly as shit, but it does lay down some nice numbers. It looks weird with the lip on the rear wheels.

The 07 G35's kick ass. The G35X AWD is rated at 306 HP but thay are actually supposed to be making like 311 HP. That's AWD so you have the additional weight? I have driven one and the car is fast for sure. For sure a good race!

I drove one of the new G35s and the numbers are close to the Stang but it just doesn't feal as fast. I guess 60 more ft lbs of TQ will do that

They've retested and the 335i is faster than the M3(not the brand new one)
Pluse my dad has raced one and it was a slow walk off.

All you need is a custom chip for it and it will be around 400rwhp but that costs well over $1,000 to do it and you have to send it to Europe.
