Anyone know anything about Youtube copyright laws?

I don't know if one of our computer savvy people know anything about copyright laws pertaining to videos on the internet?

My stallion is protected legally, I hold the copyright to ANY video that has ever been taking of him. But point being I know I hold the copyright to a video that was put on this stallion advertising website. I gave them permission to show the video to potential breeding clients. However, a clip from that video is now being used on youtube. I'm not given credit, but I don't really care about that, I do NOT want this video or any piece of it on youtube.

Can I make them remove that clip?

I believe if you can prove you hold copyright and you contact the head offices and talk to them, proving you have copyright, they will remove it. If not, threaten to sue!

email youtube and tell them your the legal holder of the copy write and they will remove the video.

if u make a video then u own the rights to it, it anyone puts it on any free share or free view site u have the right to take legal action if it is not removed within 60 days of the request.

And umm if your dog is well bred you could prolly charge a couple hundred. But only if you show your dog n shit

My horse is at stud for $7500. I limit how many covers I do each year, and will only breed to very well bred mares since I want to keep his crop of foals on the high end.
