I think you have to log into the profile then delete it in the X box Dashboard.
And NBA has that up to make people think he is not gay anymore. I had no idea BTW who its was

but yeah i'm not sure i couldn't even figure out how to set another profile to log in automatically cause i got a new one so i would have to sign out and sign in on my new one everytime  somehow it just lets me choose which one to log into now
