Should i worry guys?

Ok so the deal is, i had sex with this chick. She consented all 3 times but the problem now is... she's pshycotic and not mentally stable.

She threatened to file charges against me because i am 19 and she was almost 17, and now is 17. She's using statutory rape against me but im not sure if its just a bluff or for real. If it becomes real should i worry much? She's already had a kid, has relations with a 32 year old and had sex with 7 or 8 guys. (im going to get checked soon)

even if charged it would be only a misdemeanor due to the fact that she is only 2 years younger then you i believe as long as she is 3 years younger or less then it can not be charged as a felony only a misdemeanor

if she was legal age of consent which is 16 in most states she cant charge statutory just normal rape and if she consented then well there is no rape charge
