ya that used to work but in trying to clean up my life a little i have cut thoses out, so needles to say my stres has gone way up. not to mention i am on on an over year long dry spell with girls, so sex is not gana be an easy relese.

when get mad, I run and walk. I know sometimes thats not convenient. Have you tried seeing a doctor for some "mood" altering stuff?

positive ways to deal with anger/stress include exercising and working out. just dont turn to food as a comfort, because you will get fat

I used to do that, but in this city with the old people that drive 10 mph under the limit in the left lane, and the others that cut you off etc etc etc I get more angry when I drive
