Summer NA set up


well the guys on the scion forum dont know a piston from a cam so i figure i'll post here what i should have finished by this comming august

11.0-1 compression heads
bore .20 over
brian cowler cam set
ported intake manifold
and a 75 shot of nitrous
and greddy engine management system
cat delete pipe
strup axel back exhaust

what you guys think

well i know just a 50 shot on a stock car puts 200 to the wheels i'll try and find the dyno the guy posted, everything but the cams and nitrous I have seen on a car and he put down 195 to the wheels (again i'll try and locate the dyno sheet) no ones really dynoed with cams yet since they wont be on the market till march so I'm hopeing cams give at least 5hp im def not trying to build a 11 second monster but I want something that will at least hit low 14's

hey and on a side note there is a guy on MM.com that has a small machine shop that he works parts over in... maybe you can send your stock stuff to him... he said something about a small discount if you want i can try to find his number and you might be able to get your shit ported and polished for cheaper

why port and polish?..I would extrude hone them along with the intake..
oh and the 11-1..since you can't figure it out ........ use some common sense

that will pretty much be it maybe a CF hood and hatch if I can get them at a good price

cause my intake is plastic I have to get a custom one made in aluminum and it is going to be ported bigger than stock along with the TB, and I still dont see where high comp pistons will be a problem in a 2-az motor
