yea but they have to be able to shoot the things on him before they can start to tazer him which would be pretty hard to do

more like fish hooks. they dont come out without some flesh on em. and usually not fired by the person being attacked. alot of time they're fired by the backup.

i also think you can drop the cartridge and use the gun part like a regular taser.
