lmao i was out with a few people and one of their freind pull up in a tc cool little car but junk so i was revin my engine a little some1 wanted to hear and then i stop and i heard his car was redlining i was like cmon what cereal box you get that in he was like what kinda car is that? lmao, i told him and he was like oh i eat "shitstangs" i started dying and rolled away

i'm not trrying to be a busy body or nothing but a few of u newer guys have been making threads about "hanging with ur firiends" or "ithe car u raced the other night", but this isn't the place for it.

theres a club house and racing section specifaclly made to keep the tech sections clean......

no i dont think so, those cars arent fast. they run a mid to low 15, so even if he can drive hes not going to 'smoke' even a stock npi stang. ive never hade a problem with those cars, theres one idiot around here with one (he thinks hes bad ass) and he ran a 16.7 in the 1/4!

yeah stock for stock if would be a close race. I just sold my TRD s/c for a scion TC. Im a Scion tech and with that charger it would get going quite well. Im not saying its a race car, but pretty cool car i think. Fun to drive to say the least.

I agree with 96gtragtop....keep the BS out of the tech. A mod should have picked up on this and moved it by now.

Since u turned in ur mod status Casp, the NPI section has been very, very lightly moderated. This was one of the sections that pretty much policed itself, and there really was no need for heavy moderation.

There have been a recent influx in new members however, and it doesn't hurt to remind ,or in some cases even inform them, that this is a tech section.

My dad had a full bolt-on Toyota Matrix with a TRD S/C. The car just annihilated axles and could not launch at all. It ran in the 15's, but if it could launch the car was silly fast. FWD is never going to launch, period. The dealership fixed it 3 times and my dad dumped it for a Corolla. Some kid bought it, blew the clutch, the motor, and crashed it. Toyota fixed his blown motor and gave him the supercharger... in a box. They said, "We're not fixing this anymore, here is the car and here is the supercharger, have a nice day."
