well i read a local story, about 10 years or so ago when the school shootings where going on, in jonesboro arkansas, the 13 and 11 year old kids who killed i think 4 kids and 1 teacher, they are already out of jail, and the then 13 year old, got stopped on the way to california in a busted ass van and got caught with 2 guns and some weed, how in the fuck are they out??? i dont care if they where only 13, they knew WTF they were doing.
