I Tryed To Download A Game Off The Internet Now I Have A Anti Spy Ware Pop-up When Ever I Try To Download Anything Or Open Something On My Desktop

I use Spysweeper from Webroot.

Ad-Aware from Lavasoft is also a good one.

is this free it is for a computer at work so i dont want to pay for it.

ad-aware is free, after you download the free version it will ask for a serial number, click on the "use free version" or it will say sumtin like that it will be in the lower right hand corner. Make sure you do the full scan not the smart scan, if you know your already infected
