ROTM Question

Is there a reason I cannot look at the info posted in the Announcement Section of ROTM. Am I just being brain dead or is this a restricted area for some reason?

OK let's say I click on NEW POSTS and it bring up all the pages of new topics and such at the very top where it says Announcement-Ride of The Month. I cannot look at what that thread says. It appears as though others have looked at it but i get an error message saying it's restricted.

Better to be judged by 12 then carried by six.
