Smoking and fatness

I know this will get like zero replies but I read this in the crappy Herald yesterday and was knocked off my feet.

Some hospital in England did a study on the the "cost" of healthcare for their people. It was a major study over many years so the data is legit.

Obesse people and smokers cost their system LESS than the healthy. The reason is because the fat citizens and the smokers actually die many years before their healthy neighbors. The healthy people were quite a bit more expensive to "maintain" over the years than the fatties that died from obesity related issues.

I never would have figured that.

So when your favorite candidate starts talking about a national healthcare plan, just think of how cheap it will be compared to other countries because we are all fat/smoking Americans!!!!

well of course it costs them less.. Theres no study needed there! When someone is a smoker and develops a problem they say "oh. well too bad so sad we are no longer going to help you" same with like 80 year olds who need a surgery that will tack on another 10-15 years to their life . they say "you are too old and its not worth it, we arent gonna help you"

THAT is why socialized medicine is gonna SUCK ASS

+1! I was thinking that after I read that shit. I would have thought smokers would have tons of health issues. But I guess they'll have less since they just dont live long enough.

what do u mean, i don't exactaly understand what ur asking. but if it is what i think ur asking, no all those whire spots r flakes of snow. and it dose help a lot, but only on the hood, the front bumper is full of chips.

Oh no, I can see that is snow in the picture. I was wondering how just having the "top" part works in your opinion. Do you still get alot of chips on the bumper cover? I put a Covercraft on my front end after a drunk hit my wife. It covers the whole front end and people always rip on it.... and thats fine because I was too cheap to replace the damage so i fixed it the best I could and covered it with the bra. the reaosn I ask is because maybe I'll take the bottom off mine and just leave the hood part on.

ok, ya i like it i still get a good amount of chip on the bumper but that is mostly from driving in the winter and having a hard winter(meaning salt, sand, and what ever else they put down) all gets thrown up. so i think it would work out well if u lived in the south.

I did a pretty good job underneath. I will say that I take it off every once in a while and there are no scratch's or marks from debris.
