yea.. they are real.

they tend not to mess with Navy ships in general though.

something about 800,000 rounds of various sizes on board at all times seems to scare them away

yeah i just watched a few videos on youtube.. apparently they mostly attack cargo ships around 3rd world countries, costing the US an average of 13-16 billion dollars a year..

I just remebered that story you told me about those guys that tried heading towards your ship. It ended with 50's I do belive

They retired Battle Ships just so you know.

And I definetly think it would be a bad idea to try and mess with a US warship.

Yeah, but when a carrier battle group can detect anything 500+ miles away, there is virtually no way you could harm it.

they drove a rubber boat and blew the side out of it. killed many. injured many. it can happen again with the b.s. rules we use. just a few weeks ago they had that deal in the middle east with a few speed boats getting to close.

Well thanks for all the responses. I'm gonna be heading out to the range tomorrow to shoot for a bit. I learned about a new law in TX tonight. I can have my gun loaded and in my lap while driving down the road, so long as I'm not about to partake in any criminal activity... Pretty cool for me, but not so great for cops.

thats a good way to get shot. any cop that pulls you over with a loaded pistol in your lap will freak the fuck out.

Yeah, but it's the law, and they have to realize it... I'm not saying it's bad for the cops because I plan on using it on someone or actually having it sitting in my lap, but it's bad for a cop because now all these punks they pull over carrying loaded pistols in their cars they can't do anything about it...
