xbox 360 red ring of death

My fucking 360 jsut gave me the red ring of death. Im furious and need to vent. Has anyone ever had their 360 repaired?

Got the Ring when I was in NC with my family. I'm about to toss mine. I'm so tired of Microsoft. I have the same ps2 I've had since I was in High school, but if I happen to get another xbox, it would be my 5th in the past 5 years.

They just send you a new one, I've had my new one for like 3-4 months and not a single problem. They send you a box, you send it to them (shipping is covered my microsoft), and you get a new one in about 2.5 weeks.

Yes, I had the same problem myself, I called Microsoft, they too sent me a box, sent it ups, and after a couple of weeks my Xbox 360 was as good as new.

yeah, i have had no problems with mine so far. i got it back last friday. i did the online filing of my repair. but jsut like everyone else, they sent me a prepaid box to ship it back with and two weeks later i had a new 360 at the door

the online play is intense and i keep getting my ass kicked. one shot one death in that game. no shields like in Halo. but if you have played COD 1, 2, or 3 in the campaign mode, then you have played COD4 campaign

I am a capt (i believe) in Halo.

I have call of duty 2 and so far I am a sarge or one of the higher sargents (I don't play halo online that much)
